Cancellation Policy

Applies to all business listings on The Liver Dog
Free Listings
No payment required.
You may request the removal of your free listing at any time by emailing woofwoof@theliverdog.co.uk.
We aim to process all removal requests within 3 working days.
Premium and Enterprise Listings
Premium and Enterprise memberships are valid on a month by month rolling basis from the date of activation.
You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting us at woofwoof@theliverdog.co.uk.
Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase only if your upgraded listing has not yet gone live.
Once your listing is live and featured on the site, no refunds will be issued for the remaining month.
If you have paid in advance as part of a block booking (e.g. a 3-month or 6-month offer), you may be entitled to a partial refund if you choose to cancel before the full term is complete. However, any refund will be adjusted to reflect the standard monthly pricing, minus any discounts you received as part of the offer.
For example:
If you paid £25 for 3 months (normally £10/month = £30 total), and cancel after 1 month, you have already received one month’s service (valued at £10). The remaining £15 would be refunded — not the full pro-rata amount — as the initial discount (£5) is forfeited upon early cancellation.
If your membership lapses due to non-payment, your premium will be downgraded to a free listing. Premium and Enterprise features will be revoked and any settings for these features may be lost.
Renewals
You will be contacted before renewal payments are taken. Please make sure your contact details are up to date in order to receive these notifications.
Refunds for renewals will not be given after the start of the term paid for.
If you do not renew, your listing will automatically revert to the free listing or be removed (if requested).
